Google Adsense And A Huge Error

*
Sheesh that saying when it rains it pours I am finding to be so true in my life right now. :(

I wasn't going to do a post on this, just because it could get me into even more trouble, but I really do need some help here!!

My Adsense account was disabled on 10/16/08, well I know this in it's self is not big news, because apparently this is happening to alot of people, especially lately .

Anyway I think I know exactly why and noooooo it has nothing to do with invalid clicks, although that is the message they send out for a number of reasons, including it being sent by mistake.

So here is my dilemma, I have done 3 appeals and heard nothing, right. Well today I went to do another one and it shot me back an e-mail, an automatic reply saying that my name and sign e-mail does not match anything in their records. This Is So Not Good!!! I have tried everything and know this is a huge error. First my sign in is the same on my Google, Blogspot and Google Adsense accounts, so how can it be invalid with them and noooooo I did not change it for Adsense.

Also for some reason, whether the server is having issues at this particular moment or what, I can not get into any help forums to post this.

So now not only have they disabled my account, are taking all my accrued money for the last six months, I can't even do an appeal and let them know anything.

So if anyone out there knows where, what, how, who or something to do please let me know ASAP.

Thanks A bunch!!!!!

Watch Out For Your Credit Card Companies

*
Something you really really need to know about your credit cards.

With our economy not looking very good and people not spending like they normally do the credit card companies trying to do their part. DINKS!!! Sorry not all credit card companies, but let me explain.

First credit card companies that you have never had a account with are offering all kinds of thing to get you to sign up with. Why you ask so you spend more money. They are offering better interest rates free gifts and so on.

Now the credit card accounts you already have is where the problem lies. Here is an example of what just happened to my husband and I. This however is happening to alot more people than you probably realize.

We have had this one credit card for years, best interest rate, highest limit and all that yippy skippy stuff. We have never missed a payment or been late. Now lately we have only been paying a minimum payment or just a little over. when I say minimum that is with the now 1% they add to your credit card payment that comes off the amount you owe.

Guess What!!! They just tripled our interest rate! Yep you read it right they tripled it. When I called and asked them what in the holy crap are they doing this is what they said.

" Well your payment history is great, but because of things happening and you only making minimum payments for a while, we are afraid we won't get our money from you and you are considered high risk."

Okay so let me get this straight things are tight for us right now, the only reason we have been making the lowest payment, but have never been late and most the time of us having this card we have doubled up on payments and so forth. So you tripled my interest and you think that is going to get you your money?????????????? Maybe push me into friggin filing bankruptcy!!!!!

Will You Be Able To Own A Home???

*
Well foreclosures on the rise, big time. That is nothing we haven't already read, heard and has been written about. I did however not realize how bad and so quickly all at once it is happening.

Did you know there was over 81,000 foreclosures in the month of Sept. alone, 71% to last year, OUCH! Not just people saying okay take my house back, not making payments and just waiting to get notice, but alot being evicted, even those that are trying to work things out.

I can't help, but be very concerned for those of us who are looking to buy our first home or some who have just done so (barely). I think it is going to be very hard to get a loan now and they are going to want your first born along with everything else.

Now don't get me wrong, this never ever should have been allowed to get this far. By loaning out ungodly amounts of money, people not paying it back. Allowing people to take 1,2 or 3 mortgages out on top of the first loan on their home and not putting anything back in to increase the value of the home, is crazy.

I know of several people that have done just that and guess what their mortgage payments got so big per month, yep they couldn't afford it. Why was that allowed by banks or other lenders? That did not help people out, that was just dumb ass stupidity!!!

Is Gas Still Going Down In Your Area ?

*
Gas is still dropping for most of us. Ours here is at $2.39 a gallon versus the $4.05 we were at a couple of months ago, this is a welcome sight.

Groceries and such are not going down in price and I find myself wondering why that is???

When I was researching this, the nearest I could find out is that the cost per barrel has dropped almost in half from what it was, it has now closed at below $70.00 a barrel.

How long this will last they do not know, of course they don't , would they tell us if they did?

I Want To Be A Bear!!!

*
I was sent this quite some time ago, by friend who had gotten this e-mailed to her and I had to print it off. I was going through some things and found it in a box, so I thought I would share this (I don't believe in reincarnation, but I love this.)

GONNA BE A BEAR

In this life I'm a woman. In my next life, I'd like to come back as a bear.
When you're a bear, you get to hibernate. You do nothing but sleep for 6 months. I could deal with that.

Before you hibernate, your supposed to eat yourself stupid. I could deal with that too.

When you're a girl bear, you birth your children(who are the size of walnuts) while you're sleeping and wake to partially grown, cute, cuddly cubs. I could definitely deal with that.

If you're a mama bear. everyone knows you mean business. You swat anyone who bothers your cubs. If your cubs get out of line, you swat them too. I could deal with that.

If you're a bear, your mate EXPECTS you to wake up growling. He EXPECTS that you will have hairy legs and excess body fat.

Yup, gonna be a bear!!!!

Quick Fact : Carrie Fisher

*
I have known who Carrie Fisher is and was in her movies. Who could ever forget the original Star Wars Trilogy with Princess Leia.

Also Carrie's fight with Bi Polar, what a women and being able to come out with all her trial and errors and life depressions on this issue, Good for you Carrie!!

These are not however the quick fact I am talking about. Being a classic movie and musical watcher at times that I am, I had no idea Carrie Fisher's mom was Debbie Reynolds!!

Maybe you knew that, but all this time I had no idea, until now.

Toddlers and Their Creativity !!

*
Logan is getting really creative. This pictures shows a little of something new he is doing.

He calls them his golf courses and anything that can be emptied of it's contents, stood on and be put next to something is. These little "golf courses" end up everywhere, our bedroom, his room , living room and the dinning room.

He now will even drag the big dining room chairs to his destination! :)

You have to be careful though where you sit, because you never know if you may be sitting on part of his course and believe me he will let you know. lol

Step Into My World For Just A Moment

*
I am going to give you a quick run down of what's going on. Explaining why I haven't been on your sites like I normally do and so on.

Well my father-in-law made it home from the hospital, where we almost lost him. The doctors have decided to stop his treatments for the cancer he has (Mantel Cell Lymphoma stage B) They are 999% sure that the treatments were causing his body to shut down so fast.

For those of you who didn't know my father-in-laws cancer is not curable and treatments would only help him to live a little longer. Without treatments they gave him 6 months tops and that was a couple of months ago now. :(

He is taking it better than the kids or so it seems. He knows he has come home to die and did not want to do so in the hospital. His only other request is not to be in pain and do not revive him at all if something like a heart attack happens. So we are looking at 2 weeks, 2 months or who knows.

I will only post on this again if things get really bad or he passes, because I know it is depressing to read and it is depressing for me to write about it.

So our lives have been crazy!! There is so much that all the siblings are working on with things that need to be done before and when dad passes, he has property and so on.

My husband has been working a lot of overtime and I have been trying to take care of everything on the home front that I can, projects, etc. our own personal stuff. I have even had to start writing things down, because my brain is on overload and I keep having brain farts!!! lol We know when dad passes there will be no time and all hell will break loose and be crazy busy for a bit.

Anyway that explains a little why I haven't been on your sites like I like to, I have been very swamped. I also did not finish my blogroll yet. There are more of your sites I follow regularly, but I didn't finishing adding them and will here soon. A friend and I are also working on getting a widget for my blogroll that is really awesome, you'll see.

Thank you all for understanding and I will try to get things caught up here in the blogging world as much as possible.

P.S. Don't misunderstand, I will keep blogging, networking and coming to your sites leaving comments. I just mean I won't be able to do 20 comments a day or 2-3 posts everyday. Some days when my father-in-law has a bad day there might be a little gap. :)

CSI "Oh My Gosh"

*
I have been a little behind posting on my blog the last few days and I am truly sorry. I plan to be posting lots on all kinds of things very soon.

Wanted to get this off my chest first though.

I am seriously bumming about Warrick Brown played by Gary Dourdan on CSI.

At the end of the season, you know when all the reruns are getting ready to start on your favorite shows. They left several of the crime dramas making you wonder what the turn out would be or could even possibly be.

Like: CSI Miami, Horatio gets shot and you are thinking OMG !! he is dead and Bam!! it ends. Starting of the new season you find out it was a plan so he could go deep undercover. NCIS the team gets separated, after two episodes they are brought back together.

Not Warrick, he gets shot in the head and he really dies, What the he.. is that all about???
The show where he dies was done good though given the circumstances, but boy was it a tear jerker, yes I found myself a little teary eyed. I am sad to know that Warrick will not be gracing us with his presents on CSI anymore.

Anyway there is my take on that! With so many crime dramas now on T.V. what is your favorite/favorites out there?

Iron Man and Made Of Honor (My Reviews)

*
I know we are a little behind, but we just saw Iron Man and Made Of Honor.

If you haven't seen Iron Man with Robert Downey Jr. yet, I would definitely recommend it. We had been told from people we know how good it was and they were right on. I didn't recognize Jeff Bridges at first, WOW does he look different in this movie. Robert Downey Jr. was great in this roll and did an excellent job!!

This movie was full of action, a good plot and great sense of humor. My husband and I really enjoyed it.

Now for Made of Honor with Patric Dempsey, I thought it was just cute, my husband thought it was pretty dumb. My husband does like some chick flicks, but this one was added to his "I didn't care for it at all" movies.

The story line in a lot of parts were similar to other movies out there, but it did have it's unique parts.

There were some cute scenes and funny moments in it, I really didn't think it was to bad.
If you can rent it on a discount night or something I would still say you might enjoy it a bit.

Monday Night Football

*
WOW, what a game for Monday night football! It Rocked!!

I know me being so excited helped of course, because the Vikings were in it and won, well at least for me and other Minnesotans. lol

Really though it was a great game and New Orleans was right there the whole time. It was like a in your face game and neither team was going down without a fight. The game had me stopping what I was doing and watching it continually.

I usually really get into to football a little later in the season and of course Super Bowl. Yes and I love the Super Bowl commercials too, who wouldn't. :)

Don't forget about the little football widget down my left sidebar, for your viewing pleasure. See all the game times, previews, scores, etc.

Hundreds Watch Our 2 Yr. Old Son On Stage

*
These are two videos when Logan, uncle, daddy and mommy all went to the Renaissance Festival. This is so cool!! There were hundreds of people there, we were pretty close to the front and there was rows and rows of seats on both sides and behind us and people standing up every where.

Logan had run down to the stage as my husband was turned and said something to his brother, as I was trying to find a sit with the camera. My brother-in-law stopped my husband from getting our son and said just watch this is what it is all about.

The second video is a little blurry trying to focus, I didn't dare get any closer for fear Logan would see me and it would mess everything up. I also couldn't get it all because our memory card was filling up.

It was hilarious and so awesome Logan was on the stage a good 20 minutes. When the Juggler asked if Logan had parents we raised our hands and he waved us away, like don't come down here. Logan was a ham and I couldn't believe how well he was doing with all those people watching. I am sure it helped that the Juggler kept telling Logan he was adorable.

video video

At the end of the show the Juggler gave Logan $5.00 for helping him with his show. We had to leave soon after, because Logan kept wanting to go down to the stage and "help his new friend"

A half hour later we were quite a ways away from that area and decided to sit down and eat. People all over were saying "look it's Logan" or "there's the movie star, hi Logan" and so on.

A Tip For All You Propel Drinkers

*
Well we discovered this little fitness water when we were in Florida as a hydrant. I am not a big water drinker or fitness water drinker (I know that's bad) I do however really like propel on occasion.

Here's the thing if you like Propel or want to try it, there is a cheaper way to do it. Powders do not usually taste the same as the already mixed stuff, when it comes to Propel it does.

So a 6 pack of Propel is like $2.97 at Wal-Mart, which may be a little different depending on where you live or shop. You can buy a box of Propel powder with 10 powder packages in it for the same price with all the same flavors.

Now just that alone is a better savings 10 versus 6, but the powder packages stretch out more than that. We noticed that you didn't even have to use one whole packet for the amount of water you get in one bottle at the store and it still tasted just as good.

Most places you go will have plain water and it is so nice to be able to just carry around your little powder packets instead of big bottles of water. Of course you need to have something to mix it in if you are not going where they have glasses or cups. :)

A Phone Call and My Marriage Rocked

*
Have you ever found yourself in a situation where you were completely innocent, but something happens and you look so guilty? Well I just had this happen to me the other day and to make matters worse my only defense was laughter, because I couldn't believe it!

My husband and I have had this thing lately where if I answer the phone and the person on the other line just hangs up, I will say " hey hon your girlfriend just called and vice versa he does the same thing about me and a boyfriend.

So the other day the phone rag and my husband answered it. Logan and I were coming out of the bedroom from getting books and I asked who called?

My husband: "Your boyfriend"

Me: "No really who called?"

Husband: "Your boyfriend!!"

Me: "Honey why can't you give me a straight answer, it's simple tell me who called?"

Husband: "I don't know some guy asked for you by your first name and when I said can I ask who's calling he hung up."

Me: *laughter* "Are you serious, maybe it was a telemarketer we have been getting those calls 4 times a day at least?"

Husband: But why would he ask for you by your first name and not by your last name, the not leaving a message I understand they don't"

Me: *laughter* "I am dialing *69"

Now I wasn't even sure if it would work, because so many numbers are blocked. My interest peeked, along with my husbands I am sure. I know he trusts me but even still this was a strange circumstance. I mean what if you had doubts in your marriage or past with some indiscretions or sticky situations, this could make you look so guilty and you didn't even do anything wrong.

So *69 worked and I called the number, yep it was a flippin telemarketer from the Purple Hearts that almost cost me my marriage. lol Just Kidding it didn't really!!!
