On my challenge page you will find lot's of different projects, from all over the United State, All age groups and the different amounts needed to complete each project. BACKGROUND:
I was asked to do Donors Choose, a nonprofit site dedicated to helping students from all ages, at different schools all over the United States. These projects were written and sent to Donors Choose site from teachers and their needs for their students.
NEW INFORMATION:
I will be adding Projects regularly to my challenge page. If there is a project you don't see on my challenge page and would like to see it there or to donate to it yourself, let me know ASAP! It does not take long to add projects to my page and that way any donations made on my challenge page to the projects listed there, will give my site credit for helping.

I don't know how many of you know this, but when you use a credit card or bank card online, the page you go to type in your card info. the URL or http should change to an S or say secure to really be safe, DonorsChoose.org does, it is a secure site.

Kudos to you for getting the word out about donors choose. I love that site and am trying to get the teachers at my wee ones' special needs preschool to put pages up. Totally worthwhile, and isn't it great to see what you're helping with (plus no admin costs get lost along the way!)? Thanks for visiting today. I hope you'll be back!

I gave my donation. I hope everyone will give something, even as little as $5. The good thing is that it stays right here in the U.S.
Lakelandmom, I agree, I like the fact that you can give as little as $5 and it is helping our own children and teachers, for those of us who live in the United States.

I've never heard of this organization, but it sounds great. My oldest daughter is majoring in early childhood education and will be graduating college this May. I will tell her about this widget, as I am sure this is something she would like to put on her blog also.

Thank you Carol for checking this out. Donors Choose do different things for fund raising on these projects.
I like it a lot and I love that my challenge page if people donate through there help all the projects featured on my challenge page.
Different schools, different age groups, subjects, states and so on,
also that people can donate just $5 and it helps.
