Ish, after my last blog I thought we needed something a little lighter. I do want to say again though, thanks again for all your comments and support.
Our son is a doll, as cute as a button if you will, when he wants to be. That's the key isn't it that we learn as parents when they want to be?
Children take things so literal, because of there innocents. I love this in children, because it makes usually for a whole lot of laughs.
Like for instance: I was on the phone with my mom and you could just see Logan was getting ready to say something sassy, when I told in just a minute. So I held up my hand and said don't you say a peep. He thought about it for a moment and of course he tapped me on the knee and said peep!
Another time we were on a road trip and we had come across a skunk that had been hit. I soon realized Logan had never smelled this smell before. So he asked "what is that mommy" at the same time my husband and I answered it was your Uncle, who happened to be in the car with us. I have never seen Logan wrinkle his entire face up so much, until that moment and he said "hey, hey uncle don't ever do that again , that's icky disgusting"
Those are just a couple of things, there are so many that happen and some have us rolling when he says them or does them.

Just wait til you're in a pet store and he screams at the top of his lungs: "Mommy! I wanna PISS!!!". Think about it, they can't pronounce the 'f' or 'sh' sound...my daughter wanted a FISH. Of course, everyone thought she was just a foul-mouthed little girl. There's another funny one she did, too, but since Logan's a boy I don't suppose you'll have to worry about him saying "I can't find my puss"... trying to say 'purse'. Have fun, enjoy him while you can, because before you know it he'll be taller than you, smarter than you and you won't even recognize him!
LOL, I would be a little embarrassed. Time does go by way to fast.
Earlier today Logan said mommy am I getting bigger and my husband being the smart a.. he is said you don't have to worry about that at your age yet. Logan laughed just like he understood and then said daddy that's just not right. I laughed my butt off!!!
Those are great - but you know what's the best! When they are teenagers and you sit around the dinner table and remember all those things and still laugh your butt off! We have 4 girls and we sat at the table for hours laughing about wonderful memories like those! (Gosh we are still making them too! Its great!)
lol Moore, I look forward to that!
Thanks Laurie, that's so precious made me laugh especially the last one. Children trusting that we're speaking the truth, how did you get out of that one? Or is Uncle still the big stinker.lol.......
I'm still laughing.
You are very welcome and yes that Uncle is still a big stinker and serves him right. lol
Glad you enjoyed the post!!
