Logan and Mommy's Crazy Day Ahead

*
This will not be a fun day for me or Logan, by any means. ISHHHH

Logan and I finally got to sleep last night at 12:30 and then I got up at 4:30am and got Logan up at 5:00am this morning, so we could take my husband to work.

The reason for this, is I volunteered to take my Father-In-Law and one Sister-In-Law to the doctors today. My Father-In-Law starts his treatments for his cancer today and I figured this was the best scenario for me to do, so nobody has to miss any work.

So the taking them is not so much the issue as the lack of sleep Logan and I had. Of course we are both still awake. So as my two year old watches Franklin on Noggin, I figured I would use some of the time to do a post or two, since it will be crazy later today.

Good luck with everything going on. It's going to be tough, but certainly it can all be overcome! I gotta think of something really ugly I can write about somebody. That always makes be feel better.

My best advice to you, coming from a mother of 4, 2 of which are twins... WHEN HE SLEEPS YOU SLEEP! Trust me, it's the only way you will be able to function properly and not let things spiral out of control. Good luck.

I wish I could donate a couple hours of my day to you so you could have some mommy time! My children are grown but I well remember how hectic life was having toddlers in the house and keeping up with everything else.

My thoughts are with you as you make it through this hard time. When pre-school rolls around, you'll get a delicious break. :D

Prayers headed your way for your ill family member.

Hugs, JJ

I know all to well the sleepless nights. I still experience that myself even though mine are 15 and 13. I remember when they were younger, i would sleep when they did. My 13 year old has asthma and sleep apnea, so therefor i still dont sleep so soundly because of that.
I pray and hope the treatments work and all will be fine soon.
Thoughts and Prayers.

I'm sorry to hear about your father in law. When my mom was undergoing chemo, I had to drive her to treatments with a 2 year old in tow every time. Its hard to do all that with a lack of sleep! Hang in there ;-)

@ Kelly thank you much for your thoughts and prayers and it sounds like you have had and do have your hands full yourself.

@ 80smom,thanks a bunch. Yeah it's not fun for sure, 2 year old and lack of sleep for mom doesn't mesh well for any situation. lol
