Everyone Loves Coupons

*
Coupons, everybody loves coupons or at this point should really think about using them, with the cost of everything sky rocketing.

There are other places to find coupons besides just your local newspaper. For instance I am finding a lot of things online for coupons that are pretty good deals, that help help a lot and are printer friendly.

A few examples are Chuck E Cheese, Domino's, a lot of times even your local Casino's are offering gas coupons, just to get you there, which is great if you don't spend a fortune at the casino.

I would definitely suggest looking up places you plan on going for fun or shop and see what you may find online.

Other things out there are free trials, where they offer free gas cards, coupons and vouchers just for trying the product. Some examples of these companies are Hot Line, Privacy Guard and many more.

The coupons, vouchers, etc. these companies say are good whether you stay a member or not or cancel after the free trial. It is important though that if you do not want to be a member and have a monthly charge come off your credit/debit card you need to make sure when your free trial ends and when you have to cancel by.

Some of these companies offer $10. $20. and even $60. in free gas. you usually have to send your original or a copy of your original gas receipt with the vouchers through the mail. Some companies also offer free Lowe's and Home Depot cards as well.

Now I am not saying necessarily use these companies just for their free offerings, but they are offered and who knows you may even find a company you really want to stay with. Their are several of these companies that have great programs out there and have some pretty good offers for first time members.

The number of people turning to the web for online coupons has soared to 36 million in 2008. That’s an increase of 10 million people from 2005.

Wow Maria, thanks for that information, I knew it was on the rise, but had no idea that much.

I was a little slow with this until, looking up Chuck-E-Cheese one day, something made me do it :) and I could not believe how much money it saved us, especially now that our toddler is hooked on going there.

Thanks for posting this. Online coupons is something I keep meaning to look into but never get it done. Maybe now, maybe, I can move off the starting block.

They're great, just keep in mind that a 10 cent coupon off your favorite ice cream may not be worth the paper and ink it's printed on. I used to be heavy into online coupons, had all the different software, then I realized one color coupon per piece of paper for 15 cents off toilet paper just wasn't cost-effective. Sorry to be a drag, but I figure your readers should hear both sides of the opinions.

Lol, your welcome chuck.

So true Lakelandmom, but I am thinking more of bigger savings coupons. I always switch my printer to grayscale, by going to properties when you first click the print button. The only thing I use color for is pictures, because color ink is so expensive.
